How should I apply?

Currently, paper applications have to be completed. You will need to sign an agreement with Portonics Limited and bring the necessary documentation as required by the agreement.

Please see the documents listed below that are required for signup:

1. Filled Merchant form (a digital copy will be sufficient)
2. Trade License
3. Certificate of Incorporation (for limited Company)
4. Company eTIN Certificate (for limited Company)
5. Company eBIN Certificate
6. Signatory's eTIN Certificate
7. Photo of Signatories
8. NID of Signatories
9. Article of Association (for limited Company)

10. eCommerce Business Unique ID (DBID)

11. Business Logo in PNG

To initiate the signup process we will first review your website. Please see the step-by-step process.

Step 1: PortPos will review your website/app.

Step 2: We will get in touch after the review to give you our feedback (if any), request the relevant documents, and send you the signup form. 

Step 3: We will share an agreement and an API with sandbox details. (We will process paperwork and technical integration simultaneously)

Step 4: After sharing the signup form with relevant documents and signing the ‘Deed of Agreement’, it takes about 4-5 working days to get the paperwork processed.

Step 5. After the integration is complete on your end, we will perform a UAT to ensure payment integration is successful.

That's it! You are ready to start taking payments online.
